Start in child's pose. Take as many breaths as you need. Come up to table and breathe through cat and cow. Make your way to downward facing dog for a few breaths. Bend and stack, starting on the right, then moving to the left. Feel free to flip your dog here. Right side warrior one, two, reverse, chaturanga. Switch sides. Jump to forward fold. Halfway lift, bow. Rise, take tree on each side. Hold 5 breaths. Repeat warrior sequence if you want, and feel free to throw in crow or mini-headstand. End in child's. Namaste. 😊
